"Say a prayer that you NEVER end up in the ER when this Dr is on call. My daughter came in with her 10th ovarian cyst for 12th surgery AND A PATIENT OF THIS PRACTICE- she couldn’t bother to return her multiple pages- multiple calls- for 5 hours! She literally was “resting “ one floor above us . All that time the cyst was rapidly growing- she is an unfeeling - self entitled….. will be seeing a lawyer"

"My annual appointment has been rescheduled per Dr. Bachuwa’s request three times (since October) and when I try to call back I can never get through. Clearly I am not a priority so will be finding another doctor."

"Dr. Is great…if you can get in to see her. My annual was cancelled and I was never given notice. No apology was offered and nobody could tell me when the phone call took place to inform me. After rescheduling, my appointment was then cancelled again due to dr. Availability. Finally have appointment and I am less than 10 minutes late due to coming all the way from Kent. Lights off and told to reschedule by staff. Ironic because the doctor is always running behind and late to my visits. I show up early to every other appointment. One of the least professional and least helpful staffs I’ve ever encountered. Will be finding a new doctor after being a patient for over 5 years."

"Dr. Bachuwa is absolutely fantastic! Her staff are caring and kind and just awesome. She has always been available, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and understanding. I honestly don't know how she does it. She has walked with my husband and I through three deliveries and a miscarriage--performing surgery on the day before Thanksgiving, planning a c-section on a Saturday so my husband could be with me for more days after the delivery, answering the phone at all hours of the day and night because I was worried and emotional. She is really an incredible doctor who is obviously passionate about what she does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone--and I often do!"

"Very first visit. She explained everything she was going to do and needed to do.She took the time to talk to me about my concerns. Her office waiting area isn't your typical setting. It's a peaceful setting with a water fall and you feel comfortable right away. Her staff is very professional and treat you very well.When I had to have surgery, she came to speak with me before surgery, directly after surgery and when I was moved to the room before going back up o meet my family, she came to speak with me again. She spent time talking with my husband ( at least 10 minutes) She answered all his questions, told him what to watch out for for my recovery at home.She's brilliant, her staff is brilliant and you can't ask for better care."
