"2 of 3 doctors I saw here were very nice. The wait time wasn't too long. My only issue is if you have any problem they don't take it seriously over the phone. I was never able to come in if I had an issue. When breastfeeding my daughter I knew something wasn't right. I had signs of mastitis but they wouldn't let me come in. Went an saw my primary care doctor and she knew right away I had mastitis just from looking at it. I'd had it for about a week after I had called the office."

"Im not going there again every time i go there they try and charge me when i give them my medical its every time i go there then i have to go through this huge process to get it taken off when they should of had everything taken care of in the first place. My dr . Not much info , i walk in and not even 5 min were done bearly talk an she alawys rushy . We were suppost to talk bout my birth plan last appoiment an the one after that an still never have , dosnet show much care and time ."

"Now I became pregnant when I was 19 years, I was a patient of "Erie shore women's health" Dr. Kovach. Every time I had an appointment I felt very bad about myself each time, this wasn't because for Dr. Kovach, but because of her staff behind the counter, and her nursing staff. I personally felt that they looked at me thinking "her life's over" never a smile, never positive energy, not to mention the wait time.... I remember having an appointment (at this time I was so sick, morning sickness all day sickness at that!) I waited and waited, I had told the staff at the front window I was not feeling well and I didn't know if i could make my appointment because I was going to get sick. She offered me a bucket to take with me back to my seat in the waiting room, (with like 15 other women with children) my thoughts, yes let me take that bucket back to my seat and puke my brains out infront of everyone and their mothers. At that point I said no I am going to need to reschedule. I then expressed my feelings to my partner and he was livid. I decided it was time to find a new obgyn ASAP. Which I came across westshore women's health, Dr. Belardo. From the first time I called to my first appointment I couldn't believe the difference, these women made me feel happy about my pregnancy not like "my life was over" my wait time was never once crazy like Erie shores was, and Dr. Belardo was just the best person to talk to, she has a personality she's not a robot. Jenna works behind the counter, appointments ect. Jenna is the most friendly person sweetest person, someone you could talk to about personal body issues and not feel embarrassed at all. Jenna is a great person she actually knows who you are by name and you always get a great welcome smile and great vibe entering their office. I mean what more can I say. This office saved my life, while I was pregnant I attended a routine check up, my nurse took my blood pressure as always and it was very high, she took it 3 more times to make sure it wasn't a mistake, she then had another nurse check to see if she got the same numbers. I had no idea what was going on, which them staying calm was really good because if I would have known what was going on my blood pressure would have gone even higher, my Dr. Belardo dropped everything and came to check the numbers and then informed Me that I needed to go to St. John's hospital to make sure I wasn't starting to develop preeclampsia. I knew nothing about this by the way, this was my first pregnancy and I'm only 19 at this time. WESTSHORE WOMENS HEALTH, saved my life and my sons. I ended up having preeclampsia after testing, the only way to cure this is delivering the baby, I was 34 weeks. I was transferred to University Hospitals because my baby was going to be a preemie and needed the right care from a NICU. My son was born May 23rd is 2years old now and beyond healthy from once being only 4 pounds. It started with preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia, then HELLPS syndrome. I thank god everyday, for everyone envolved, this is one of the worst things to happen to someone, and would not wish this on anyone. But I'm alive a few issues here and there, my son is alive and healthy as any other 2 year old! I love my obgyn office! I love the staff. But most of all I loved that when I was pregnant the support and love I received from them, which I needed at that time. If your not happy at your current obgyns office give this office a try, and I know you'll love it!"
