"Dr Bachuwa is amazing but the quality of service from everyone else at that office is not good. I was hoping to continue my care with Dr. Bachuwa but got bumped from the schedule less than 3 weeks before my appointment because of a training she is doing that day. When I tried to re-schedule, they couldn’t get me in for another month. I think it’s really unprofessional to cancel someone’s appointment last minute and not even try to get them in as close to their original appointment as possible, when it’s their fault that it had to be cancelled. Won’t be returning to this office. Good luck to anyone trying to make a future appointment."

"I've been seeing Dr. Bachuwa for years now, and she's truly one of a kind! I am constantly recommending her to my friends. She's knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable. The office atmosphere is great and Alex at the front desk is very patient and kind as well. Could not say enough great things about my experiences with them."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Stokes since early October and have been dealing with 2 separate issues. They do not call you about your lab results so you better have Mychart handy. Nothing is resolved and yet my questions are still unanswered and instead of trying to get down to my personal issue and actually try something new I’m getting prescribed the same medication and antibiotic which is doing nothing for the 4th time. I’m continuing to pay a copay for each visit for him to just be awkward and not address my questions. I don’t recommend this place and his front desk is just as useless. The only pro is later hours and they can get you in quickly(I wonder why)."

"I searched for months for a doctor willing to tie my tubes at 29 years old and no children. I was recommend by a friend who recently got the procedure done. I looked Dr. Stokes up on Google and I read the reviews. Most were harsh and warned others of him. I decided to give him a chance and I contacted his office. The receptionist was quick in response and I scheduled my consultation immediately for May 18th. I met with Dr. Stokes and his personality was very loud and sarcastic. I personally enjoyed it and felt more at ease with him. I talked to him about wanting my tubes tied and he did not question me at all. There was no judgement and he said “it’s your body, your choice”. He explained to me the procedure in depth and I scheduled my surgery that day for July 14th. The day of my schedule was smooth and my bed side nurse was so sweet and helpful (I forget her name). I hate needles and was crying (lol) - she was very patient with me. The surgery went great with no complications and I was only sore for a day. I went back for my check up on August 5th and everything looked great according to Dr. Stokes. He also showed me a photo of my tubes right after they were cut and he answered all my inquisitive questions . 10/10 recommend Dr. Stokes. From reading other negative reviews, my only thought is the people who didn’t like him are more serious people. Like I said, he is very sarcastic and a fun person. He isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but personally I loved him and have recommended him to friends. And I plan on going back for my yearly for years to come!"

"Unfortunately it’s taken us a while to post a review about our experience out of fear from this practice but I feel it’s my responsibility to warn other parents about Dr. Stokes (you can also see that I’m not the first one star on google either). He basically didn’t answer any of her questions and made both of us very uncomfortable with his comments. I won’t get into details because some of his comments were quite personal. My wife cried in the car after the visit and at that point we decided we were absolutely not going back. Maybe it was miscommunication and Dr. Stokes thought his comments were funny but we were not laughing. We also thought we paid for our visits upfront but then received a letter from a lawyer saying they were suing us for three hundred some dollars. Seeing as my wife and I don’t have a lot of money to pay for a lawyer, we just forked up the money from our savings so that we could be done with this place. I know some of this rating is subjective and maybe we misunderstood Dr. Stokes but we have never had such a bad experience with a medical professional before and want to get this information out to anyone considering this practice. Please be careful with this practice and test them out to make sure they are right for you before paying for everything, which includes all of the visits up to the birth, upfront (which is what they try to get you to do).
