"Good thing I don’t work here anymore or I’d be fired. They pick and choose what families they call CPS on. I have seen from working there even. Don’t follow the mandating reporting laws for the ones that truly need called in then call cps on those who are fine. I have worse bruises on me from running into stuff yet say a 2 year old having a tiny bruise on the side isn’t typical. Kids are kids bruises can happen anywhere. Maybe stop targeting families and actually act like professionals. Gather info first. Sad my family don’t trust you guys."

"My team and I had an opportunity to volunteer and assist JRC Learning Center for their Fall event. We had a wonderful experience and their staff was very accommodating. Shout out to LeeAnn (and Taylor @ United Way) for helping us set up the Day of Caring to give back to community."

"When I came in this environment - the energy was amazing, everyone was so nice and helpful. To this day they greet me and we talk and the kids are learning so much. The teachers are really here for the kids. some parents get made when there kids get sent home because of fevers, Liquid BM , And when the child is hurting but u have to understand that the teachers are here to observe and teach YOUR/OUR child. ( how would u feel if your kid is sick and still here at school not feeling good and getting others sick) This company cares. Not everything is perfect and there improvements being done but communication is key from the parents to staff. But most of all the admin is always here for you! for any questions and concerns :)"

"-the administration is clueless: they bully employees, falsify paperwork, intimidate parents, and have been caught stealing time -the cafeteria/food programs are questionable: they use healthy eating guidelines to justify feeding the children homemade mystery meat and fruit cocktail made from all weeks leftovers. See photo below. They justify serving fish that was removed from the freezer on Wednesday but not prepared until the following Monday. There is also very little regard for whether the children actually eat the meals provided. They are trying to phase out packed lunches so even if you pack your child food, it may not be given to them or they will be forced to “pick 3 items” -very few teachers are actually qualified to teach; this is a glorified babysitting facility in which the level of care depends on your closeness to management and the teacher’s attitude for the day -there is also no concern for inclement weather. They tend to close at the last minute with very little warning given to parents."

"they call unreasonably for anything! Some of the staff not pick with the parents ! They suspended my twins with no reasonable explanation nor paperwork! I was just told they couldn't come back until they were 3 , I think there toddler room was full to be honest but that's not fair to my home especially having to work! So if give this center a two star, they don't want to do their job"
