"this red roof was disgusting when we arrived the first room that we had had not been cleaned, and there was a feces filled toilet in the bathroom as soon as we had noticed that we let front desk know they immediately gave us a second room, which I appreciate however the second room that we went in was even more disgusting the bed was it made there was a comb with bugs in it on the nightstand. The tub was disgusting. There was stuff all over the floor, and you could tell that maintenance and housecleaning had not even touched that place after the last stay. I am a janitor. I’m also not really picky. However, this place was absolutely disgusting. it didn’t even stop at the rooms. The outside of the building was also disgusting. There was dirty diapers and trash all out the place and also crackheads everywhere. I do not recommend if you want to stay at a Red Roof I would go to the North Canton location."
"Nice rooms. Nice people. Had an issue with my card and while it was being processed they allowed me to check in and as it played out let me stay for 2 nights with out being paid for. Still dealing with issue but they were a blessing allowing me to stay with no payment as of yet because of the issue with the card but they will be. Thank you for that bit of kindness you don't see that everywhere."
"The guest service,s here is less to be desired. We checked in on Wednesday evening and basically their was no service. Every day I would have to renew my room key otherwise I would be locked out of my room. They have not came in to clean at all. Saturday pickup my sister from the hospital . Was gone for about 6 hours yesterday and still no service/ cleaning. Well today we check out . The location and the room's themselves are nice. Things to do around the hotel , Wal-Mart next door, Apple bees , Denny's , and I-hop across the street. Right off I - 77 ."
"I was here last night, there was no blanket in the room in minus 4 degrees instead of blanket they gave me Beth cover. they had poor service and rooms had a bad smell and poor service. I don't know why the government doesn’t check their service."
