"I went here with family and friends we did not stay at the hotel we were at Floods Urban seafood for the browns game. Wonderful time had by all TVs all around where you can actually hear the game DJ played music in between on commercial breaks good food great atmosphere wonderful staff connect for more out of this location"
"Stayed there over the weekend. I had read some reviews before I went so I was skeptical. I must say experience wasn't bad. Room was clean. No sign of bed bugs,roaches,or mice. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of five is room needs to be painted and it took housekeeping 4 hours to bring me clean towels. Besides that not bad at all."
"Used towels in the room. Urine stain on bath tub next to toilet. Used wet washcloth on the tub. Floors with mystery stain. Large white patch on the wall. Stained or dirty blanket on the bed. Due to the condition of the room we did not try their free breakfast. It definitely was not worth the near 100 dollar price per night. One night was long enough. Shockingly bad housekeeping."
"They put me on a side all by myself which was nice. There were no other guests staying on that side of the hotel. The beds and linens seemed clean besides trash that was found under the bed. The room seemed like it had been recently upgraded. There was no breakfast left in the morning at 9am. All they had was bread and coffee. Seemed a little sketchy like they regularly had problems there with a rough crowd. It is Cleveland. Lol"
"We will never stay here again it was very nasty. Carpet looks as if it hadn't been cleaned since it was put in. The bathroom wasn't any better scared to even stand in shower, exhaust vent hanging out of ceiling full of dust. Head bored on bed being held up by night stand. They need to more then clean those rooms the lobby will fool you. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed one got our money back. I will make sure I get in town early so I can have a clean place to stay.Also be mindful if you pay with a card they will right down all your information off card after they swipe it to receive the payment. Made them reverse payment give me all that info and paid cash. They don't deserve a star but they make you give one to post"
