They were able to answer any questions I had and pointed me in the right direction to great food and shopping in the area. "I frequently drive past this hotel, and I have never been inside. When I walked through the doors, it looked like I was in another country. The decor inside is absolutely beautiful! Guest services were very nice at check-in. The rooms were clean, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. I would come back!"

"This hotel is amazing. No matter how many times I stay there, my non existent (it is a Marriott so I don't need to have any) expectations are always blown out of the water. How did you guys managed to find the perfect mix of front desk staff? The sassy Sharde and silly Ashley who always make me laugh. The other day when I checked in was the first time I met Kim and she was equally wonderful. The rest of your employees are just as wonderful but the front desk staff are the ones who always go above and beyond. My housekeeper who's name I can't remember but I remember it was a car brand is absolutely amazing too. The little notes she left in my room were just too cute. Only thing I would change is the restaurant. One day the lady with black hair is great and the next she's not the friendliness in the bunch. Either way, I always stay here because I know everything is going to be too notch, and if there's any problems all I have to do is say something and they are johnny on the spot to fix whatever is going on. 5 stars aren't enough stars for this hotel."

"We used this hotel as the home base for our wedding weekend festivities with our wedding taking place at a venue nearby (Mooreland Mansion). The rooms and service were great for the value and the location was exactly what we needed. We rented out a hospitality room for the bridal party to get ready in and it was so nice to have that option and it had everything we needed (sink, refrigerator, counter space for food/snacks that we were allowed to bring in, bathroom, tables/chairs and outlets for all our electronics). We loved that there was a restaurant and bar attached for all of our out of town guests to enjoy and the bar was open late so we could continue the festivities after our wedding reception ended at our venue. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They even chipped in to help try and find something I needed for my ceremony that had gotten lost and one of the night staff who happened to have experience as a seamstress helped my mom with an emergency dress incident! The manager who helped us get our contract set up, Karen, was very kind and helpful and even gave us some suggestions for rehearsal dinner locations nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here and we were very happy with our stay!"

"Have spent a couple of weeks a month in this hotel for the last two years. Overall, it has been great. The rooms are fairly modern and always sufficiently clean. The restaurant has some of the best hotel food I have had. Most importantly the staff are amazing. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the morning and even staff in the M lounge, and Ben at the bar."
