"Enrolled in June 2022 and was told that a spot would be available for our child in October 2022. It is now January 2023 and we are still on the wait list with no estimated start date. I spoke with the Director, Regional Director, and owner, who refused to refund our $150 fee. The whole situation felt like a scam. I hope other potential families see this and enroll their children elsewhere."
