"I do a lot of traveling in the Northeast. A trip to Michigan I ran across this Holiday Inn Express in Sandusky. This has to be one of the best IHG hotels that have ever stayed in the room was spotless clean the beds comfortable oh my God I can't leave.. the breakfast was amazing the staff very friendly and outgoing. If I find myself in this area ever again this will be the one place to stay thank you for your hospitality"

"Spent one night at this hotel. Checked in at 8 pm. Reserved on line as it gave better room rates. Clerk was very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and pleasing. Bathroom was large and spotless. Towels and linens were in good condition. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Only disappointment was that bathroom could use more lighting. But this is true for most hotels."

"The hotel is new and very nice. The beds are really comfortable and clean. The shower was amazing, I really wish I had that kind of pressure at home! The only issue we had was when we arrived, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The carpet also had what looked like a burn in it from a cigarette. My wife just sprayed her body spray around the room, which helped."
