"We stayed during the "Canadian wildfire smoke destroyed the outside" time, so not in great headspace. The staff here were all great (late night front desk to the person caring for the free breakfast area). It is just stuck across the street from a big agricultural production plant and borders I-80. The outdoor pool was shut down due to a mechanical issue. Not great location or amenity-wise. The rooms were fine, but the remodeling of just a few years ago is showing wear. The bathroom design does not use the space well. Price was probably the best perk."

"Accidentally made reservations for a hotel for the wrong days, i didn’t realize 3 days prior (they have a 4 day prior cancellation fee) they were nice enough to let me change my days with no extra fee(i believe it’s 75$) Thank goodness, I’ve had bad experiences with hotels and this was by far the best experience. Thanks so much! Clean hotel rooms, nice employees working at the desk, very accommodating."

"We stayed here for a two night stay and took our grandson to The Ghostly Manner Thrill Center as well as the Kalahari waterpark. I've stayed at many hotels in all parts of the country and this is by far the most welcoming hotel we've stayed in. We were greeted and felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the front door. The desk person when we check in (Luke was his name) was super nice and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He provided us with local information and also gave a great suggestion on where to get dinner that evening. Others at the hotel were also super friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and well laid out. The breakfast was very good and offered lots of selections. Our grandson really loved the waffle maker!!! We just loved everything about this hotel. Highly recommended!!!"

"Best breakfast we've had after a summer of road trips and multiple hotel breakfasts. The rooms were excellent. The pillows, covers and mattress were very comfortable. The floors and furniture gave a sense of a clean and uncluttered life. It was very relaxing. I heard some dog collars jingling in the hallways when I woke up and that made me smile, knowing people had a nice place to stay with their pets. The service was friendly and efficient. I even got text messages from the front desk to make sure I was satisfied and didn't need anything else. This hotel was also right off the OH turnpike which made it easily accessible to us."
