"Moved to Eastgate somewhere. Set an appointment with me for 10am Monday morning and didn't tell me they moved. I went to the Springdale location Sunday to drop my car and the building was empty. Found new location and dropped car at 0830 Monday morning. They finally answered the phone at 1130 and said he'd get right on it. I called back at 2pm to find out their tint guy didn't show and they didn't know if or when he'd be back. He did take a $100 deposit from me, and now won't answer the phone when I call. Update: I finally got in touch with him and let him know that he still owes me $100. He said, "That’s cool" and hung up."

"Broke steerling colom housing during remote start install. Sound System install was done great. Tint started to peel 1 month later. Owner is a nice guy I just think his employees aren't well trained professionals. Just randoms off the street. Will update when i get photos"

"He must know or is paying people to give him a good review, im going to give you guys the short version. He installed a nice Alpine system in my 2016 Mustang GT 5.0 Premium. Broke my door panel on the driver's side, put super glue on the tweeters and destroyed them, no speaker brakets on the doors so the were loose and to top it off forged my initials and signature on a contract He turned in after I had contacted him (Chris) for payment on the job like I was satisfied...we are In court now for it and I have proof/documentation on all of it. I was even awarded my money back k for the difference that I paid for a job not well done. He is a scammer and Mariner Finance i believe is in on it."

"UPDATED from 1 star to 3: CHT has fixed and resolved the issued. After 4 weeks they were able to fix everything as requested. Cody from CHT was patient, understanding and fixed the issues. Cody should be the one coming out for quotes and following through with installs to insure miscommunications don't continue to happen. PREVIOUS: We paid a lot of money for new surround sound speakers, a receiver, and wiring a new tv where the cords were hidden to an existing electronics shelf. I had used this company before to hang my tv above my fireplace and hide the wires. I thought they’d appreciate a return customer and make things right. The problems started from day one. Upon rushing to my house for meeting them at the scheduled time for consult, they didn't call or show. When I called the store, they were too busy to call and tell me they we not coming. When they finally did come on another scheduled day, he was over an hour late, again I had to call and confirm he was coming. Despite this, I had faith in a small-town company. I like to use and support local businesses. I wanted surround sound system and tv wire hidden. Chris Terry suggested a surround system and receiver, barley took any notes and didn’t even look at existing wires, but kept saying, “You’ll like it.” The day of the scheduled the speaker install, I had to call to confirm they were coming, again. They showed up for the job around noon, and I thought they’d come around 9am. No one would ever give me a time of arrival, or even arrival window. I had clearly stated I had to leave by 3pm, and he said it was an all day job. The install people were rushing because, I told them I had to leave to get my kids, which was a surprise to the installers…they had no idea, despite me repeatedly telling Chris Terry. By the time they finished rushing the job, they: 1) Scratched speakers and the wall, 2) Were caught shoving center tv speaker in. I asked them to stop and ask move the tv up to make the speaker fit like it should, which made the side speakers misaligned. 3) Used old rear crummy speaker wires that he previously laughed at me for owning and rigged it to new wire, rather than re-wiring as promised. It was wired under the floor joists in my basement...which will have to be fixed when we finish the basement. Now wants me to pay to have them run wire and do the job correctly. 4) Shoved everything on a tv shelf (I was forced to put in the last time I used them) and even laughed that the wires are all showing, but at least it was all hard wired. (what?!) I was sitting right there working, and they could have asked. (I had my back to them thinking they knew I wanted to clean sleek look. Who wants this?!). 5) Left a hole in the wall because they didn’t have a cover to put where they made a new hole for wires and said they’d “drop a cover off sometime” I called the next day. Chris, possibly the owner, and told him my complaints. He’d send someone out Friday, the day I requested. I took the day off work and no one came. I called Friday and he said someone would come Saturday. Again, I waited all day Saturday. When I called Saturday late afternoon, he said something to the effect of someone was sick but he was going to send someone Sunday and promised someone would call. Again, no calls for 3 days, and I had to continue to call them. No one called or showed in Sunday either. I persisted giving him the benefit of the doubt that customer service would pull through and he would make it right. I waited to hear back on Monday. I was wrong. He has cashed my checks and appears to not want to call or respond. I sent a detailed and very upset email Tuesday morning with pictures of everything and all the items that needed to be corrected. He never responded. I followed up with another email on Thursday, and no response. The only time I received a response was a complaint with the BBB."
