"The wait time in this place is crazy I make an appointment everytime and find myself waiting for about 30 min. my insurance company does not require a co pay for certian things and they always still charge me and keep my money unless i call them and tell them that i should not have paid the co pay and will not refund me my money they just put it as a credit to my next visit. However this has happend one to many times and i beleive they know they shouldnt be charging me and do anyway. I will be fidning a new family doctor!"
