"The woman at the front desk was the rudest person I've ever met in the hospitality world. We had 3 rooms, 2 queens each, with 4 people per room, for 2 nights. They would only give us 2 towels per room. If we wanted more we had to bring the 2 back to trade for new ones. She told me she thought I would steal them. There were separate towels for the pool, and they counted how many we asked for. When my 8 and 9 year old granddaughters brought towels back to the desk, they made them sort the room towels from the pool towels. Will never go back."
"Put you on the third floor when the other 2 floors are empty?! 5 cars in the parking lot. Water pressure was barely enough to take a shower unless it was on cold! Pitiful!"
"We really wanted to swim, but the chlorine was too overpowering. Our eyes were burning, and we were coughing. The desk lady said they were just audited, and the levels were perfect. Is that why all the windows in that room were open when it was 40 degrees outside? "We" are aged 2yo to 40yo and all all the same reaction. Staff was mostly kind. Just take your own towls so they lady doesn't act angry."
"Great Pool and hot tub. Lots or restaurant etcetera near by. Roosters restaurant right beside it! Everything was up to our expectations for the price range. Taking our kids this winter to swim."
"We've stayed here dozens of times with no problems until they got a new manager. She has the manners of a cave man! I've never been so badly treated by any hotel staff, anywhere! The location got 3 stars only because there's a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, few of those businesses have much appeal to tourists. The dining offerings are mediocre at best."
