"It was just awful. They had bounce houses that children had all sorts of fun with. and all sorts of vendors selling tasty food. Not to mention all the local businesses that supported the mentor fest. And then having all sorts of free give aways. And then the music live bands that did a good job. And the well kept grounds that rival Disney in their litter pickup. I have nothing to actually complain about. The city of mentor does a good job doing stuff for the city and keeping the city parks clean."

"I've never known about mentor rocks and it's been going on for 5 years! I highly recommend it's a good family outing with food trucks and pop up tents with free books and other informational tents. I went to the Johnny Cash and the Pink one and had a great time! Just remember to bring a chair blanket and some water!"

"Excellent venue for concerts "on the lawn". Bring your own chairs. Picnics are welcome. Not allowed to bring alcohol, but they usually sell beer when there's a concert. No pets. Both portable and flush restrooms, but not enough for a busy day like July 4th.....HUGE lines for the lady's restroom...the only thing that keeps it from 5 stars"

"We had our first visit to attend a "Mentor Rocks" event featuring "Country Redford". They put on a great show and the weather was perfect on a Tuesday evening. The venue is amazing and holds a huge amount of fans, a lot more than you would expect. The main seating area was totally full and still people continued to pack in there. Our group chose to sit back on the second hill and were not disappointed with the sound or view being a little more calm. We could see the large screen where they were showing the band on stage. We brought some snacks and set up an area with a short table and folding chairs. Don't worry about bringing food as there is a large selection of food trucks and an area where you can purchase your adult beverage of choice. Come on out (OH Route 2 at the 615 exit in Mentor) and enjoy before the summer passes you by!"
