"Non smoking room was smoke filled. They were working loudly on room above till 4 am. No one at desk or phone to complain to. Worst stay at a hotel I've ever had."

"I reserved a king but given 2 dbls. Reserved on Priceline, for $77. When we arrived we went into the office and and waited 25 minutes for someone to arrive. I tried to speak with the man but he did not understand at all. When we go to the room the smell set me back but office said that there was nothing there, and told that I could not have refund. I ordered Snappy Pizza giving them the address on the phone only to later to find out that the phone did not even belong to the hotel. My husband came and my kids left to go home. When we are getting for bed, he went to dead bolt the door, there was none. So other than the card key there was no lock. So we placed a chair in front of the door. The straw that broke everything was the none stop of vehicle people running down the stairs then run back upstairs. At check-in we were told that there is a $20 cash deposit. I had to go pay ATM fees to get the money. At checkout my room had to be inspected, I got my $20 back. This is an unsafe, very dirty, and horrible customer service. Would sleep in my car before I ever stay here again."

"This is honestly the worst hotel . They lied about having breakfast, the room was so dirty and gross. They need a better Homekeeper the whole sta had the worst attitude .they wouldn’t even give my money back when I saw the room . There was hair in the tub, dirt in the tub . Dirt on the floor. And so much dust. there was holes in the walls. Go go to this hotel ever I will I wasted 100 bucks on this. If I could give them a zero star review I would"

"Staff was rude , poorly kept, broken furniture, drug deals and use in the parking lot, don't think the washed the bedding , don't think they know how to clean , surprised the health department hasn't shut them down. The door has gaps all the way around it , we didn't sleep at all didn't feel safe ! When we said something to management she acted like she didn't speak English . Ice machine was broken. Fridge in the office was full of strange foods . I wouldn't ever stay there ! If we had known we most definitely would have just drove through to the next town I spent most of the night in my car it was not safe there at all!!!!"

"Nicely renovated, nice people. We had rather active, loud people around us, could hear them most of night & very early morning. I had trouble getting a hot enough shower, but when brother took bath he said too much crystalization made knob hard to turn, he was able to work it harder than I to loosen it. Can't mention breakfast as we didn't attend."
