"I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here! I started coming here a few years ago to see Carol Cooke per multiple friend’s recommendations. I see Carol and I’ve personally had nothing but great experiences with other members of staff as well - ultrasound techs, front desk staff, nurses, etc. All have been kind and easy to talk to. My friends and I cannot say enough good things about Carol. She is personable, caring, funny, a great listener, and such a professional. When I come in I’m not only excited to catch up with her, but also at ease knowing that she’s informed on my history, has checked my notes and chart, and cares about how I’m actually doing. She went through all of my BC options carefully with thorough but understandable comparison. Knowing that she really wanted to make sure we found the right option for me meant so much. As someone who needed birth control options for endo/PCOS pain but wasn’t worried about pregnancy, my fear has been that my experience would echo other friends - that their provider would just through pills at the problem and not investigate further. But Carol ordered an ultrasound, went over my full medical history, had specific questions. And when pill BC didn’t end up working for me and we had to go back to the drawing board, she was just as careful. As a woman and a plus sized person, going to a medical provider can be an uncomfortable and even often traumatic experience. But with Carol I’ve never felt that my pin levels were doubted or that my weight was ever used as a catch all for certain issues. Under Carol’s care and guidance I have finally been able treat my extremely painful and debilitating periods, which also happened to stop my headaches with a hormonal IUD. For the first time in years I haven’t been doubled over in pain from cramps and migraines. Not only did this treatment option work amazing for me, I went in feeling comfortable, informed, and secure. Knowing Carol would be inserting the device was also a huge relief. At this point, I have several friends who all see Carol - because I’ve gone on to recommend her just as others recommended her to me. Nothing like rhapsodizing over espresso-martinis at brunch over how much you all love your shared APRN-CNP. She’s the best."

"Doing another 5 star review, I have now seen Dr. doucette, Dr. McCullough, Dr. Leary, Dr. Little and Jessica. Love every single one do them!!! Best practice ever!! I don't understand the negative reviews, I have been to every location. I have had surgery from 2 of their providers, and they did an outstanding job, Dr McCullough is an amazing surgeon. Dr Leary and NP Jessica are sweetheart. I have been coming here for years, from childbirth and wellness visit. Best obgyn practice!!! Also, the office ladies are sweat as can be, so is the lab lady, her needle jab didn't even hurt."

"Every Gynecologist i’ve seen here has been terrible. They told me that the only way i could ever get pregnant is to lose weight. I’ve been unable to conceive at my smallest (120 pounds) to my largest (160) there is absolutely no reason they should be saying it’s a weight issue. One OBGYN left me on the table while they answered a phone call for 30 minutes. Then ordered a bunch of tests and an ultrasound, and told me that I had a deficiency in a hormone on mychart. When i went in to discuss it with her in person, she told me that everything was normal and there was no problem. Kept trying to put me on birth control to fix the problem when I have vehemently expressed in the past that I was completely against going back on any kind of birth control. Another ObGYN i saw there heard about my issues and diagnosed me with a disorder that i don’t have without doing any tests. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. they do not have sympathy for, nor do they listen to their patients. Incredibly disappointing."

"I saw Carol Cooke, she is absolutely amazing! She was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. She shows true compassion and made me feel extremely comfortable during a not-so-comfortable annual visit (ladies you know haha) The entire staff is so kind & very friendly! The only thing I would mention is, as a bigger woman, they didn't have any larger gown options provided to me, so I had to double gown up but, overall, the entire visit was the best obgyn visit I've ever had & I highly recommend the practice, especially Carol Cooke!"

"I have been going to Oak Creek for about 3 years now. Started with my yearly check ins and have had nothing but quick and easy appointments with friendly staff. I am now pregnant and have monthly appointments and everyone I have seen has always been kind and takes the time to answer all of my questions. Every staff member is always friendly and they are making this whole experience easy and comforting."
