"Close to the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium. Clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, and delicious hot breakfast!! I love the fact I can check in online in the app. My mobile/digital room key from the app didn't work, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. They were able to give me physical keys when I asked."

"Rooms are comfortable and quite clean, including the bathroom featuring bright vanity mirror. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection of hot items, muffins and fruit. The grounds and lobby are kept clean. The staff are all friendly and accommodating to guest's requests. The location is excellent for Dublin, the north suburbs and downtown is just minutes away. An excellent value overall."

"The bathrooms are NOT ADA compliant as there is no handrail on the side of the toilet. When brought to the attention of the front desk they argued with us. When I asked them to imagine trying to transfer onto a toilet with no handrail on the side he said he never had to do it so he wouldn’t know. Front desk was very rude and unsympathetic. The shower is handheld but it is fixed at the top, there is no bar to lower it. Small shower chair was brought to the room after calling twice to request one and waiting an hour to get it. There is no automatic door closer on the door so you have to go all the way into the room, turn around and then go back to close the door and the mini fridge is not accessible when you are in a wheelchair as it is behind a cabinet door. I wish I took a photo of the bathroom but didn’t think about it. The only positive thing about this room was the comfortable bed. 1 star rating for a comfortable mattress. If you have mobility issues do NOT STAY HERE. Why is it that not one person; the owner/manager, or the front desk, said they would go and inspect the room? ADA regulations state a handrail is required ON THE SIDE WALL yet the bathroom in room 434 does not have one. Very disappointing reply from the owner."

The rooms and facilities are kept extremely clean and any issues are handled promptly and graciously by her top notch staff. 5 Star from the time you walk in until you eat breakfast and leave. My favorite place to stay."

"Our stay was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk was vey friendly and efficient. We arrived a little earlier than expected and the room we requested was not available, but he found another room for us. The room was a bit small but clean. The location is great and convenient to visit the Columbus Zoo. Many dining options nearby. They offer complementary breakfast and bottled water. Great value and highly recommended."
