"Finding a new OBGYN is hard enough without attitude from the front desk. My first call should not be an excruciating experience. I could barely hear the lady under all the mumbling. I swear, I could hear her roll her eyes at every question I had. It made me extremely uncomfortable to make an appointment with them. I will not be returning."

"Office staff is lousy and rude. Dr. Pachiano doesn’t even bother to examine you or do any testing. I scheduled two visits, one for a large fibroid and one for pain and swelling; however, Dr. Pachiano passed it off as a primary care problem both times. The appointments were very rushed. My first appointment, she ignored the fibroid completely, and said I didn’t need any treatment, even though I was referred to her for this fibroid. My second appointment, she treated me for a yeast infection that I ended up testing negative for by my primary care doctor the day before. I would not recommend. I also asked to be put back on my birth control but she would not re-prescribe my previous birth control. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and kept getting cysts and fibroids from not being on the birth control. She said it was because of my blood pressure even though she only checked my blood pressure when I was in serve pain. Just a waste of my time and does not care. She is kind in person but very pushy and rushes you so much it makes you feel uncomfortable. I am going to find a new OB/GYN, who will actually examine me and not ignore all of my symptoms."

"Poor excuse for an OBGYN. You didn’t even deliver my child stood there and smiled while I was suffering to deliver my child. Then patted me on the stomach and said he’s a cutie."

"Went to Dr Pachiano to seek an alternative to a hysterectomy, I had a fibroid, Dr Pachiano was nice but maybe not aware of options such as Sonata or Acessa, which are less invasive. I went to another doc and had the Sonata fibroid ablation, no incisions, and my recovery time was just a few days. My bleeding is way lighter now. There are alternatives to hysterectomies."

"I’ve been a patient of Trisha since I was 13 I absolutely love her. She is very open and honest and overall an amazing doctor! She helped me during the most scariest times of my left. She helped me bring my two beautiful sons into this world! Hands down Dr. Pachiano is the best! Most of the staff at the office are very nice and always there for your needs as a patient. There’s one office lady that I’m not a fan of.. after many years of going to that office there has never been one person that was rude beside one. Her name is Ashley. I’ve heard her hang up the phone and instantly talk bad about that patient she was speaking to, she doesn’t wear her mask covering her nose and moth at all times. Which is currently state mandated, I work in a dentist office where I see 30+ patients a day while wearing my mask the entire time. Very unprofessional. To Ashley, please be more kind and change your tone of voice. You make the experience of being at that office awful. No one wants to go somewhere regarding their health and have to speak to such a unpleasant person. Other than that one employee I will still continue to be a patient because I love my doctor!"
