"My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a convention we were attending together. The room was nice and spacious and the beds were pretty comfortable. What I really enjoyed was the quick access to the electrical plugs so I did not have to struggle to find one to charge my phone at any time I needed. When I forgot my costume in the closet, the housekeepers were VERY FAST to call me and let me know! So, that's a huge plus. The only real issue I really had is that someone pulled the fire alarm at 11:30pm on our second night but I won't hold that against the hotel itself."

"Shanelle, who greeted us when we arrived, has the sunniest smile and warmest manner of any hotel person we've encountered. Great way to start our stay! Nice room, good shower, great bed, good location. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment but would recommend the hotel for sure."

"Booked a stay at this location online and prepaid. Upon checking in, The clerk at the counter greeted us and proceeded to ask for my credit card. I asked him what the credit card was for, Thinking that it was probably for incidentals, which would be fine. He told me that they would not be charging for incidentals, but that was the charge for the room. I showed him that I had already been charged for the room by showing him my credit card app as well as an email from choice hotels confirming that I had already been charged. He continually tried to double bill, my credit card, causing the credit card company to lock up my card. He refused to check us in at this point saying that the room wasn’t paid for even though I showed him receipts from choice hotels proving him wrong. I called the choice hotels 800 number to try to get it straightened out only to be transferred two or three different departments. This left my family sitting in the foyer while people walked by us staring finally the gentleman at the counter, waved us over and gave us the room keys, telling us that if he had any problems, he would just fix it in the morning, this ordeal took about 30 minutes of standing in the foyer while people stared after him repeatedly charging my card to the point that the credit card company thought it was fraud. The next morning a different person was at the counter. Everything was fine check out was smooth, and my card was never charged again other than the initial fee for the room , I will never stay at this hotel, or probably any choice hotel ever again due to just pour service. My family generally uses Marriott for stays in the past and have had no issues. We thought choice hotels would be fine given the great rate, and good ratings for this particular hotel, but this has proven to be a horrible experience that I will not forget ."

"This place was terrible. Shredded curtains, tattered furniture, smoking in the air and it’s supposed to be a non-smoking facility. Language barriers so bad you could not communicate with staff. Called down at night and Mr. Ram could not assist as he couldn’t speak English so we could not get what we needed addressed. Would Never recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast food poor. No Manager on staff the whole time we were there. Only kudos I have is to a front desk clerk named Thelma. She was super nice And helpful. Owners do nothing to update the hotel for the price it cost. We ran out of toilet paper and it was a major task to get more. Someone pulled the fire alarm during the night and it was unorganized chaos. Smoking and marijuana smoke was smelt throughout this supposed non-smoking hotel and nothing was done about it even though it was reported."

"Easy location to find and plenty of parking. McDonald's and Olive Garden is not far away. Normal hotel...clean...everything in working order. Indoor Pool was a little chilly the day we visited, but my kiddo still enjoyed it. The free breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Would stay at again if in the area! Thank you!"
