Hotel Versailles

"What an excellent destination location. Even in the middle of a deep freeze we had a wonderful time. We visited some of Darke County’s attractions, the Arcanum Bearsmill, downtown Greenville shops and the Versailles winery. People are kind pleasant and helpful. The restaurant manager at Silas got us seated even though our reservation was mixed up for eight people. The food is fantastic. The wine prices and bourbon prices are excellent."

"My wife and I had dinner at Hotel Versailles. We were celebrating our 57th Anniversary. She really enjoyed her meal she had scallop's. I understand that Wagyu is supposed to be great however the steak I had was anything but great. The server was excellent and we received our meal in a timely manner. Regarding the Hotel it will go up against anything Columbus, Cincinnati or Dayton have."

"Hotel Versailles was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredible, location is in the middle of nowhere, but the rooms, the security, the staff, the in room accommodations, was better than I’ve ever experienced. I called them afterwards about ordering a robe they had in a certain room, and they went above and beyond normal hotel service to help me out. If I’m ever 50 miles from this place, I will choose this every time."

"This is a wonderful upscale hotel in a small Ohio town. The rooms are nicely appointed, double pane windows help keep it quiet and the amenities are first rate. The service was friendly and excellent. There is a fine dining style restaurant and a fun bar. We were there for a wedding and also experienced the catering services (which were great) and the banquet room itself which opens to a nice patio and is lovely. You'll rarely see a hotel this nice in such a small town. As I understand it, it's owned by a large corporation with a big installation close by. They needed a place suitable to put up important customers and this hotel is the result. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it if your travels take you anywhere near it."

"I would rate this a 10/10 if I could! My husband and I stayed here for a "staycation" since we live locally. We both agree this is the best hotel experience we've ever had! Staff members were so attentive and kind, the Spa Suite was everything we could ask for, and the food from Silas was unlike anything in the area. (Still thinking about purchasing one of their robes.) We can't wait to come back!"
