"This place gets the job done but has so much potential. The service from everyone was superb. But the room had a weird smell that just wouldn't go away. Also, the bar is in desperate need of an update. The bartender is the best in town. With a much needed upgrade after 40 years, that bar could be the place to be like it was 15 years ago. The bar hose needs to be changed out. All the drinks that came out from it tasted weird. The water from the room's bathroom tasted infinitely better. You gotta spend money to make money!"

"We stayed the night 10/31-11/1 we were told it was supposedly for two nights when checking in because we were there for work. So when we got up on 11/1 my father in-law left his clothes and his catheter there. (The catheters was an accident due to help reasons that's the only way he can use the restroom). So last night we go back to the motel to only find out that we had been checked out of rm 216 and ALL of dads clothes were gone and Catherine too. And someone else had been checked in that room and we were checked into another room once explaining to the young gentleman at the front desk (can't remember his name) what happened he took my name and number and of course already had my room # and begane to hunt for my father in-laws stuff. He found his clothes thank God because when I say it was literally everything he owned that's exactly what I mean, but unfortunately house keeping had thrown away his catheter NO GOOD!!!! So once knowing this the young man got me the number to the closest hospital and also explained how to get there. He also looked up a couple different urgent cares but unfortunately they were already closed. He even was looking up the Walmart pharmacy for me and let me know that they were already closed. So after getting the hospital # and.my husband called and talked to the head nurse of triage they were able to go and get enough catheters to last until we got home from work. We were in and out the hospital within. 15minutes and all was well. When getting back to the motel I let him know and he was ecstatic. (Mind you the whole before going to the hospital every time I walked past the front desk he was apologizing up and for the inconvenience and them throwing his catheter away. I would continuously thank him for his working so hard to find his missing stuff. He was the only front desk clerk who went outta His way to be so much help he deserves some kind of recognition. When working in this area again definitely will stay again)"

"Edit to add: we will be staying here again next time we're in the area ☺️ This hotel is a little dated, but clean and the staff is incredible! They were so sensitive and helpful when we stayed during a family emergency. We loved the breakfast, too, good options - hot and cold. The outdoor pool looks nice enough, we did sit by it one evening. If you need to be in the area, it's a perfect location. Bellefountaine is a cute town"

"Great experience. The hot tub was so relaxing and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept on. We forgot my husband's insulin and they called us right away so we could go back. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful."

"Got in day 2am, Jessica front desk was bright eyed, smiles ( awake!) and friendly that early in the morning. Can say that when it come to other places I’ve stayed at. That said, she was quick, informative and had a killer breakfast with bacon in the morning. Great semi parking as in large. Clean rooms, soft sheets, and a great view of the area below since they are located on a hill top."
