"BED BUGS!! Found lots of bed bugs in box springs, bed frame, EVERYWHERE.. I reported this at 11pm and was told we'd have to wait til 8am to speak wit other manager, wasn't offered any kinda resolution or different room.. We left immediately, making sure our 2 yr old wasn't exposed to those conditions a second longer.."
"My wife and I both have service dogs we stopped there on our way back home to NC. Once we pulled in they had big bold letters onthe glass door " No pets allowed" I figured they will allow service dogs but, no they don't I asked why I was told " we don't allow pets". So if you are going through Bellefonfe Ohio don't stop here if you have a service animal."
"Our room was super dirty. Garbage and candy still on the floor from someone else. Along with typical dirtiness you would see ( someone else's hair in the shower/sink ). Staff was friendly."
"Staff is friendly and helpful. I love that someone is at the desk at all times of the day. Many new updates to the rooms. And great prices also. The honey moon suite is very large with a hot tub."
"I got the surprise of a upgrade to a suite. It was clean, large, the bed was very comfortable, everything was perfectly clean. I love the vinyl floors rather than carpet, so much cleaner. There was no tv guide, so I slowly had to find a channel to watch. I enjoyed my stay. Very nice town, easy to get to the hotel off the freeway. I recommend this place, and the price was wonderful!"
