"Love all the doctors, nurses and the ultra sound tech. My only complaint is the receptionist she wants to harasse you about bills that you've never even seen and when you tell her you never even seen the bill she still tries bringing it up every time you walk in.. idk about others but I'm not gonna pay a bill I've never seen especially a medical bill that you have no clue what it's for. Her harassment needs to stop. And I've told her that she needs to stop harassing me and she keeps on doing it every time walk in that place."
"I have nothing but nice things to say about this place!! Dr mutgi is the best!! She inserted my iud faster than I could say insert my iud! I had no pain, minor discomfort that’s all, she talked me through it all and it was not as scary as people say!! Thanks Dr mutgi! You’re the best!"
"I used to love this office. Once Dr. Markwood left the service I have received has been horrible. In the past year I have had to reschedule 4/5 appointments due to their scheduler double and triple booking appointments or the doctor just wanting to cut the number of patients she is seeing. I've had a Doctor forget to send over an rx then when I called and she finally sent it over she didn't send what she told me in office she would. Someone was supposed to call me to set up a procedure and they never called. I had been going to this office for over 20 years and all these problems were in the past year. I finally switched to a better provider."
"I switched to them at 17 weeks. The office staff was very friendly, and all of the staff in general was truly amazing. Dr. Russell delivered my baby girl and was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so patient and they took great care of me. Low wait times, they were always able to work with my work schedule and get me in with the Dr I wanted to see. I will be continuing to use them for my yearly appointments in the future."
"I have had wonderful experiences with this office. The staff is always polite with a very short waiting period. Dr. Markwood's relaxed sense of humor has always put me at ease, both during my regular appointments and before my surgery. He also visited me when I was hospitalized several times during my pregnancy and made me feel very well cared for. The midwives also made me feel very comfortable during the birth of my son. Overall, a very good experience."
