"I used to come here all the time. My last order got mixed up, so I gently reached out and assumed it would get resolved. I did get the following initial response, which was puzzling since I had provided the order number, date and items in the original inquiry… I provided the requested info again and it’s been 8 days without a reply. I did follow up twice. Nothing. I also see other people had similar experiences on here. That’s unfortunate. I’ll report back if they respond. First and foremost, thank you for reaching out. We are extremely sorry that you received the wrong order. This is certainly not the impression that we would like to leave with you and will do our due diligence to make the situation right. To help us look into the miss, if you still have your receipt or online order ID, that would help us tremendously? Or if you do not have either of those and paid with a card, a screenshot of the Noodles charge would also help."
"I ordered a salad from this location and the lettuce was slimy and brown, making my $12 salad inedible. I called to let them know and the manager told me “I can assure you it wasn’t like that when we served it.” Last time I checked lettuce doesn’t wilt on my 6 minute drive home. Zero customer service or apologies. I will not be back."
"I ordered a dish with chicken. I would've been able to fit ALL of the chicken on my fork at the same time. If they had put 5x that much chicken on it, I still would have been unimpressed but also happy enough that I wouldn't be writing this review. 5x. That's how far off they are. Your $13 dish would be a bad deal at $4.95"
"Food is always good!!! This review is about the staff at Grandview location. I unfortunately left my backpack purse on the bench we sat at and left. I got home and immediately called them. Our trip home takes about 20 minutes. They had found it and stored my purse in the back. I am forever thankful to the staff. They are amazing, and honest! Thank you so so much!!!!!"
