"We had a great experience with Farmers a few years ago but then moved out of state. We’ve considered them since we’ve been back home, and nobody will call us back. Dan told me he never called back because they couldn’t insure us due to accidents on file showing as at fault. With proper communication we could’ve told him we had proof we weren’t at fault or cited. But instead, we’ve left several messages with no response from anyone at the business. It makes us feel like our business is best served elsewhere. I would never get away with treating my clients this way and this makes us feel like our business isn’t wanted or valued. I expect companies to return calls and to follow through if they say they will email us. Dan never emailed me a follow up quote like he said he would and was rude on the phone. I would like someone in charge to contact me so we can discuss a resolution, as I really hope this doesn’t happen to other people as well."
