"**Update: Please note proof of the incompetency, Chad can't even spell my name correctly as he's literally looking at it and there are only 3 letters. Please also note the multitude of mistakes his team made and him diminishing them to "confusion with the bill" this is your job, you and your team shouldn't be confused. Get yourselves together, you're an embarrassment.** Staff is completely incompetent. You sign on with them under 1 rate and then they raise it because they missed an accident you had 4.5 years prior. They will then lie to you about your rate lowering so you sign on for an extra 6 months, just to tell you after you've renewed that you're not actually eligible for that lower rate because THEY miscalculated. Then they'll tell you in an email that they gave "options" *plural* on how else to lower your rate when in fact the only option they gave was misinformation and drivewise. There is absolutely zero accountability from the team or Chad on their faults. Dealing with this many mistakes from a single team within 6 months is something I’ve never experienced. If you want to constantly be lied to and to babysit your insurance company, then this is the one for you. Hopefully Chad takes this as a learning opportunity to hire more competent staff or train his employees accordingly. Have the day you deserve!"
