"My son had his school pictures made from Gold Studio at the beginning of the school year. Here is is almost the end of the year and I haven’t got them yet. I paid for them but never received them I have made several calls no one has returned my calls I would like to get the pictures or get a refund!! The customer service is very bad!! He should hire a secretary. His voice mailbox is always full so you can’t get in touch with him. Oh and by the way my sons school picture showed up on Facebook so I know he took the picture!!!"
