"I had used Country Lane for years, but we have not went on vacation since 2020. We planned an overnight trip, we have 3 French Bulldogs about 1 yr. I went to make reservations in person and was charged a $60.00 deposit. Not told what it was for or even if it was refundable. I had to cancel, but did it with almost 2 was notice. I have emailed 3 times no reply about the deposit.Iwill be going elsewhere in the future."

This past trip we had a family emergency where we had to extend our trip twice and they were so kind and let our dog stay as long as we needed!
