"My 11 month old GSP was microchipped, spayed, and had a hernia from birth repaired. The vet and assistant were friendly and informative. Pepper seems to be doing great 1 week out from surgery with no issues. I arrived about 45 minutes after I got a text that she was ready, I messaged them back i was leaving work and on my way. I waited in the front area for about 20 minutes before the assistant came out of a room to help me. He apologized that they didn't hear the bell ring when I entered. No big deal. Pepper did not really have mobility in her back legs (understandable) she could stand but not walk. Offering assistance to help get a medicated larger pet in and out of the vehicle would have been helpful. I could not safely lift her by myself, and I couldn't leave her alone to ask for help, so the walk to the car was long and difficult. I think this is growing pains for a new office, and we still had a good overall experience and will return in the future."
