"Several months ago they rewrote my policy without my permission, without my consent, nor my presence. Just because my mother's business is next door, doesn't mean they have a right to consult with her about my insurance policy. Now because of their illegal actions I received a derogatory mark on my credit report. They have also increased the price of my monthly payments by a major fraction despite having a clean driving record. This type of agent manipulates clients into unfair conditions for personal profit."
