I called and spoke with Tim to discuss canceling my policy. Instead of simply handling it for me I was met with hoops and hurdles, With knowing there was a timeline/deadline a simple email could of taken care of it. I was told it could be mailed and returned mailed or I had to come in to the office. Which I didn't have to do to start the policy. I am busy and the office is out of the way. It should of simply been we are sorry to see you go....not more grief"
