"Poor billing practices. Recieved a bill one week after the statement date. Bill shows no due date. Bill also states that payment can be made online, which is a lie. The only options seem to give your credit card information over the phone to the office or a call center, or an automated payment system over the phone that doesn't seem to work. Its 2023, let me pay my bill easily in a method that allows me to get a receipt of payment."

"Previously had a 5 star review. Updated to one star due to incorrect billing issues on their part. Great staff, poor billing practices and willingness to help sort this out. While in contact with them and insurance to update the billing amounts, they sent the bill to collections. Unfortunately, I will not return to Waynesville urgent care because of this."

"I posted a review earlier complaining about how long I had to wait but now I’ve learned not to jump to assumptions. The reason I had to wait a little longer was because this doctor wants to make sure her patients are taken care of before sending them off on their way. I have never had a doctor care and put as much time and effort into figuring out what is wrong like Dr. Gargasz. She’s a true healer"
