"Never work for this company of Cleveland clinic...work anywhere else but this call center...they care nothing about the employees and the management just want you to kiss they but..they only pay 14$ a hour but have you scheduling for every department for the hospital...the team leads are not helpful at all and if they see your doing a great job and don’t need their help...they will be quick to pick on you for the littlest thing...this place is ran by woman who let their power go to their head. This call center doesn’t represent what this organization is about...and that’s why they are always hiring because people quit all the time...high turnover rate because of pay and management (((not employees))) metro health call center is way more professional and more organized then this call center at they start you off at $18 a hour...if you decide to work for this place BEWARE of the manager and team lead in the “woman’s health “ department...they are snakes!!!"
