"Gag a great 1:1 Muay Thai session while visiting from out of town. Ben was incredibly nice and quickly adapted to my skill level and technique needs, and he even gave me notes to take away with me. The facility is nice, sgd training in the outside ring is a bonus. High marks for South Prospect!"
