"I loved my experience doing Pilates with Deb! I started with her when I was 14 weeks pregnant with my first baby and had no prior experience with Pilates. I had weekly sessions with her throughout the entire rest of my pregnancy, and it was great. She was very patient with this newbie, gave clear explanations and corrections, and more importantly, genuinely cared about me and my baby. I continued with postnatal Pilates after my daughter was born, and it really helped me recover and get back on my feet faster. I can’t recommend Deb highly enough! She seriously is the best!"

"I just started pilates with Deb a couple months ago. I have worked out with personal trainers in the past doing various forms of exercise. Pilates is new to me, and Deb is a wealth of information on total body performance and technique. It's important to have someone always checking your form so you get the right benefit from exercise as well as prevent injury. I enjoy my duet sessions with her because I always learn something new, feel myself getting stronger in my core, and know of all the things I've done in the past, this is the BEST form of exercise for me as I age.
