"I would like you all to know that a Local business in Parma is kicking children out of their Martial arts class if their parents have a simple disagreement on class size and Discipline. My soon to be 13 year old daughter has been going to Adventure Martial Arts for about 6 years and is on the cusp of being a junior black belt. Being she tightens her moves and practices a little more. Any how a part owner has shown up on the seen these last few months and ask for a meeting to discuss her progress. I told him I just talked to the instructor the other day no need he told me what he wants my daughter to work on. He then tell me that the coach doesn’t see what he see’s. I said oh ok I can be there Thursday. So we go to the meeting and he ask if we have any concerns and my father said in his opinion the class sizes are to big for the children which is bringing down the discipline because kids wanna play. The response giving back was collage kids do it all the time upwards to 80 kids. This led into bickering between the owner and my father so I got up leaned over to Coach Sonny and said “Thanks for all you do!” and left. My parents were still with the owner and argued over it and now my daughter who had nothing to do with it was kicked out via e-mail 4 days later. Coach Sonny is a great coach/Instructor and is awesome at teaching life skill and respect while conducting his class. We couldn’t want anything more out of him. But this part owner to come out if no where and kick a child out for an adult disagreement is terrible. It’s been 3 months now and my daughter has a new Place to develop her craft but also feels that something is lacking from Adventure Martial Arts as he can not see why my daughter would be testing for a junior black belt. He feels she is very strong and confident but is not ready to be at that level. He feels that Adventure is pushing the belts to keep the money flowing!! I love the reply that other staff members were present and children. When this was a personal meeting with a part owner and coach Sunny our selves and my daughter. I was frustrated got up shook Sunny’s hand and said thanks for all you do. It was the owner who was narcissistic and rude!! I took my daughter and left my parents to finish. As it was only them now no other staff members or children when said threats came from a 65 year old woman with two replaced knees so called threatened them with harm. My mother lives coach Sunny so we know it wasn’t him. The owner is out of control. And no rebates were given. So out of class they still send birthday emails. Lol."

"Very unimpressed with their customer service! When I had to cancel my contract, I had to send a text/email everyday for over a week before someone responded to my request. Initially I was told there was nothing they could do or no way to help me in contacting their billing service and “I would just have to wait until the billing service had time”, which was over a week and a half. When I reached out for assistance, my texts went unreturned and the owners would not respond. I still have not heard from them. This is very unprofessional and very poor customer service."

"Clean and well lit location, Instructors are fair and good with there students. My 5 year old son is in class and enjoys coming. They learn respect and self defense and still have fun. Covid protocols are in place - instructors wear masks and all adults in the gallery must wear masks and maintain distance if possible. There are several options for classes and pricing is fair."
