About the Business

Global Village Academy

Global Village Academy is a public charter school located at 5720 State Road in Parma, Ohio, United States. We offer high-quality education for immigrant students from Kindergarten through grade 8. We are currently accepting donations of clean, laundered uniforms for students in need. Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is limited, with openings only in the 8th grade. Unfortunately, we have more students interested than seats available in grades K-7, so new applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Our dedicated staff is excited to welcome returning and new students for what promises to be an exceptional school year filled with learning and engagement. Global Village Academy is committed to non-discrimination and ensures that all students and employees are treated fairly regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status, religion, age, ancestry, veteran's status, or disability.

"Terrible school! Kids get bullied all the time! Teachers don’t care! The principal doesn’t care! Don’t send your kids to this school if you want them to have a good education!"

"First of all, this school is not wheelchair accessible so I don't know why you say it is. Some of the teachers, like the middle school history teacher, has said both racist and sexist things. The family I have that go here have said that it is not a good school. They don't let the Middle schoolers, who are still children, have much fun. The school is very unorganized. The only reason I'm even giving a one star is because some of the staff are great, but not much else is."
