"I must say that I love and highly recommend 1-Up Jiu Jitsu!! Paul and Jon are fantastic instructors. I have never done any Jiu Jitsu prior to coming to 1-Up, which for the longest held me back from trying a gym. But deciding to give 1-Up a chance has been one of my greatest decisions. Everyone is super welcoming, the instruction is fantastic and literally everyone is willing to help you out. The classes are fun and you learn a ton every time.
