"Coach Kate made my first PT experience a lot less scary than I anticipated. Ok, not scary at all! She has a full wellness approach. She doesn’t just focus on fitness, but equally on nutrition and mental wellness. This isn’t the place to slack off. You’re motivated and met physically were capable, with a slight push. What other place lets you bring your kids, TO YOUR session?! Your feelings, both physically and emotionally, are validated here. I’d recommend Coach Kate or any of her highly motivating (and fun!) coaches at Coca. She’s figured it out, and we get to benefit from that."

Joining a new gym or starting a new fitness program is intimidating. Coca does a great job of easing this transition. The gym has a laid back, and friendly environment. I started at Coca about a month ago. The coaches are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The workouts are challenging but can be adjusted accommodate any fitness level or goal.
