"There is no doubt in my mind that my call to order my son's personal pizza was one of the most confusing they have ever received. I ordered it with green peppers, pepperoni and onions then in the middle of the call I wasn't sure if that was what he wanted on his pizza. After a few moments of talking to myself I told her that I would have to call back after I asked my son again. It was only a few minutes before I called back and I gave his name and said that I needed a cheese personal pizza. I was about 5 minutes away when I placed my order. I was greeted when I walked in the door and before I was done paying they were handing me my son's cheese pizza. Super friendly people. Rather refreshing compared to quite a few of the workers at restaurants these days...."
"I ordered a large flatbread did not grt the pizza sauce called and asked for a manager a younger gentleman said speaking I told him I didn't not get what I paided for he claimed to have a credit in my name I call up to the store & they don't want to give me a credit because I didn't know the name an the guy didn't write it down then proceeded to argue about it . I spend lots of money at this establishment an getting an attitude an disrespect over a credit is insane won't be returning."
"Love our local Snappy Tomato. Always treated like a friend when I'm there. Always get my order right, except for ONE time. They fixed it by refiring me a pizza and giving me the one they forgot a topping on. Call in a pick-up your order and it'll be ready in 15 minutes, like clockwork."
"This must be the worst Snappy location there is. Never had a problem at any other location.....but these people will send you burnt food, and won't even issue a refund!"
