"The experience thus far has been spotty. They do not reply fast enough via email to get things documented and updated. We choose communication via email so everyone has a place to reference the information. One month so far with no update on our policy and it takes 1-2 weeks for someone to reply. The process of getting our home and farm in a policy needed to be micromanaged to get it done on time. We will be looking elsewhere for reliable agents."
