"I joined Bad Girl Fitness (BGF) in February 2022. I enjoyed going as soon as I joined. There are women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. Everyone is so welcoming and nothing feels like a competition. We encourage and help each other. Diane is amazing . She keeps the workouts different and challenging and there is a huge feeling of accomplishment at the end of every workout. She is also encouraging and empowering. I recently had shoulder surgery and had to step away for 8 months. It was thoughtful of Diane to keep in touch with me to see how I was doing during my recovery period. Diane and the other instructors have been great with helping me get back on track and modifying any exercises. I attend the class setting and you still get that personalized attention. I absolutely would recommend BGF."
