"I’d had a long term relationship with an agency in their so called “VIP” department because I have my homeowner’s policy with CHUBB Insurance (for more than 20us years). I’d become very disappointed with the service they’d been providing me ( a lack there of). My homeowners policy costs me over 5500.00 a year. When I put a call into Ned or anyone at Todd & Associates, I get an imitate response if a message is left and in almost all instances my call and questions and concerns are addressed and answered. Rest assured Ned and Todd and associates will keep my business. Oh and by the way we were recommended to Todd in 09 when a my grandfather’s agent (who is family) dropped the ball. His carrier recommended Ned’s Agency highly and was the only agency they’d though an 86 year old home and auto owner would be happy with, and he sure was. That was the first reason to sell me on Todd."
