Jiu Jitsu and Coach Matt has been the other anchor and guide for my son besides myself over the last 15 months due to contentious civil litigation over his custody which I now retain sole rights over. "My boys started training here in summer and fall of 2022, and after months of watching them I decided to join them. It has been an amazing experience. Coach Wethington runs his butt off during practice to make sure he's reaching everyone rather than just coaching favorites. I've watched my boys gain confidence and the desire to compete, they've competed in two tournaments both of them taking first place in their second tournament. The best part was the Waverly jujitsu team members that showed up to the tournament just to support them. I highly recommend Waverly jujitsu."
