Our strength and cardio adult classes combine weight and cardio training to help you achieve your fitness goals. We have recently expanded into the West Chester area and our trainers are dedicated to building better athletes and pushing you to maximize your potential. Our CrossFit classes offer constantly varied, high-intensity workouts that incorporate effective movements from various disciplines.

Our certified nutrition coach can provide personalized nutritional programs to support your fitness goals. We also offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes and a recovery zone with cutting-edge therapy methods for accelerated recovery.

At Evofit, our mission is to enrich lives through fitness, motivation, and community. Our trainers create a welcoming and energetic environment through group classes, personal training, and team training. Our facility, previously a fire station, features 12,000 square feet of space with carefully selected equipment and various fitness and recovery options.
