"So I don't know why I have never reviewed our Vet before, but today (National Puppy Day), I feel like I should. My 3 dogs have been patients here, the oldest for 14+ years. We even moved 40+ minutes away, tried another vet ONCE, and came back. The entire staff is really quite remarkable. Today, all 3 of my "Ladies" saw Dr. Brown-Harold and the amazing staff at WAVC... 2 in office, and one on the operating table at Metro. Top notch care all-around. Delilah, 14, is dreaming away her pain meds on "her" beanbag chair as I write. I couldn't ask for a better place to care for my 3 dogs... "Bedside Manner" is impeccable, and I have always felt my questions are welcome... I will bring my animals here for as long as this Team practices. Thank you again WAVC."

"My dog has visited Dr. Brown-Herold four times over a time period of seven months due to a difficulty in breathing. After being told repeatedly that there was nothing to worry about besides a minor heart murmur and to “stop bringing him in,” he has passed away due to congestive heart failure. I am sure that had he received the necessary medication last year, my family and I would not have had to watch him suffer in his last hours."
