"The price point for services is good, and the vet techs are kind, caring, and empathetic to your pets and your concerns. I was a bit disappointed with the vet. She did not listen well to concerns or what we do with our bird. She was not very empathetic when letting us know our bird passed after the surgery. And while the surgery went great, the objective was to save our bird and it failed. An understanding of our loss is more important. It really ruined our experience due to the vet's attitude towards us. It would be five stars if not for that"
"My dog developed a double ear infection. Was able to get in right away! Dr Polamar is so sweet and gentle. Very caring. The whole place has a great staff! Wouldn't go anywhere else."
"My dog was suddenly extremely sick. Dr Wilson checked her out and was very concerned how sick the dog was. Sadly, I ended up putting the dog to sleep. Dr. Wilson made the decision easier as she explained in detail what the choices were. Never an easy decision but best for all cconcerned."
