"This vet is amazing! They have helped us twice in emergencies when my dog was put down and another time when our cat needed emergency surgery. Our cat recovered quickly and without issues. The flexibility and the kindness to help even when we weren’t patients at this vet was amazing and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. No matter how busy the staff is always friendly. The Vet is always nice and caring. 10/10"

"i highly do NOT recommend this vet. First and foremost i have used his sporadically because of hours and availability for emergencies rather than going to an ER. Both cases were eye infections and i was pleased with a quick appt & medications that worked. This last time i was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism i experienced. I called after a scary incident with my 2 year old goldendoodle, she was asleep on the couch and wet herself in her sleep. she has had accidents here and there however i chalked them up to marking territory and behavioral. this obviously pointed towards a bigger issue. i called requesting to do a urine sample. the girl on the phone told me i could bring it in and they would run it today. i packed my two children up in the car with my dog and ran over to the vet. i first went in and walked past an open room where the vet tech saw me and didn't acknowledge me being in the office. i stepped back out and called and asked for a urine specimen cup to be brought out to me. she said sure and said she'd be there in a few moments. 25 minutes later i call back and she tell me verbatim "well im you know urine samples cost money right..." i very blatantly said obviously and told her i simply needed the specimen cup. she couldn't find my file and asked me multiple times the same questions. the vet later takes the phone and asks me what exactly is going on, he explains they can not test the urine in office, which i was initially told they can! i told him i was very upset i was waiting for so long to simply be told the wrong information & not even get any service or checked in. i mentioned that this new vet tech is obviously not knowledgeable and i expected more from him. he then goes on a tangent about how people don't want to work after covid (it's been four years get over yourself and pay your employees more) and how he's working so hard and how she's still at the career center and it's her second day. she's the only vet tech? who knows if she's even certified. this was a horrible experience and we are never going back. i'll stick to my other professional vet & not have to worry about any kind of misinformation. It's a shame, this place is run down, old & can't keep staff."

"My kitty of 12 yrs. was very very sick.Everywhere I called would not see her that day. The vet.at rolling hills that closes at 7pm let me bring her in at closing time.They we're so nice and caring! And saved my cat from a lot of unnecessary pain."

"Have taken my dog here since getting her a year ago. Always a good experience, the Vet and his techs are super friendly and make sure to explain things thoroughly. My dog is a very nervous girl and she loves coming here! Very accommodating for my schedule as well."

"Was less than impressed with my experience here. The staff was nice so I’m putting 2 stars just for them. Everything was outdated and it wasn’t clean in the rooms. The vet is not personable at all, made me and my dog both uncomfortable. Gave me medication to start my dog on since he had it on hand until he could order the one she actually needed. I asked what they were ordering and if I could get approval/prescription to order on chewy myself but was extremely reluctant in telling me until I called back. Then realized that I was charged almost double for the medication given to me, which if it’s coming from in-house is understandable but I don’t want to find out what inflated price he’s about to charge me for ordering it when I could get it for probably half the cost…. And then still didn’t even tell me what he was ordering, just claimed it was a “stronger” one in a different form. Luckily, being a former medic I already did my research and knew what she needed just needed him to confirm + prescribe. He didn’t even try to administer the medication to my dog until the vet tech asked him to. Then he didn’t anyway because my dog was so uncomfortable and squirming away, I dismissed him and said I would try at home myself. She was terrified but 0 aggression, no teeth shown or anything, he was just extremely unwilling to even touch her. When some of these reviews claim they’re in it for the money I believe them. I will not be returning to this vet nor would I recommend it."
