The Asian Arts Center Taekwondo School is a premier martial arts institution located at 3110 Woodman Drive in Kettering, Ohio. "I would highly recommend Asian Arts Center for kids that are struggling with anxiety or short attention spans. Last year our five year old son developed a digestive issue that triggered some anxiety, so we started taking taekwondo here after a friends recommendation. Our son struggled for a while when his stomach was hurting (he even cried his way through a few of the classes), but Mr Brown was very accommodating. Now that the stomach issues are (mostly) taken care of, the lessons about focusing on the body and calming the mind seem to help whenever he starts to feel anxious."
