"I was looking for something different, something that is focused on dynamic movements and not just the same old gym routine I've had my whole life. I started with the HIIT(high intensity interval training) and really liked the people, the workouts and the environment. I also dropped into different boxing classes to mix it up and the coaches in all classes are top notch. Several years later I've made friends for life, I'm happy with my fitness for my age and I have my entire family involved. This is a great gym, a great value and the owners listen if you have ideas or concerns. 10/10"
